Provided architectural and structural design for two multi-tenant shell warehouse buildings on a 7.05-acre site. At approximately 86,000 SF of building space, each holds about 12,000 SF for manufacturing, 62,000 SF for warehouse, 6000 SF for ground floor office area, and 6000 SF for mezzanine office.

DESCRIPTION:
Part of the Newport Beach Civic Center and Park master plan, this 450-car, four-level structure is integrated into the site’s topography to preserve ocean views and minimize visual impact. It forms an open courtyard with the adjacent Civic Center, serving both public and staff parking while complementing the campus architecture.
Designed with Bohlin Cywinski Jackson Architects and completed by Parking Design Solutions, a GAA joint venture, the structure features vertical metal fins, open-air circulation, and landscaped edges that enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Built on a 9.44-acre site, this project consists of a speculative industrial building totaling approximately 46,000 SF. The project includes a 2,500 SF office with a ground floor and mezzanine, 43,000 SF of warehouse space, 85 dock doors, and 142 trailer spaces.

This two building complex totaling approximately 74,000 square feet posed unique challenges to overcome. The site required GAA to come up with innovative solutions in order to accommodate all the requirements for trucking, parking, and equipment, and the high-hazard nature of the facility required a high degree of knowledge and skill to create an efficient and viable design.
This facility provides administrative offices as well as e-waste recycling and gold refining plant which required H2, H3, H4, F1, S, and B occupancies.

A two-building master plan totaling over 500,000 square feet, including a 200,00 square feet, 32' clear height speculative shell building and a 36' and 55' clear height 300,000 square feet plastic bottle recycling and manufacturing plant build-to-suit for rPlanet Earth.
Manufacturing plant features 40,000 Amps of power, 10 air changes per hour, H3 storage, two bridge cranes, equipment and silo foundations, and a three-level office.
