Established in 1978, GAA Architects is an architecture and planning firm uniquely qualified to design and master plan corporate, medical office, industrial, retail, hospitality and hi-tech facilities.  For over thirty years GAA has become a recognized leader in architectural master planning and design, as evidenced by our exceptional list of clients, many of which have worked with GAA Architects repeatedly for many years.  Design quality combined with GAA's commitment to cost containment and value engineering has contributed to this firm's superb reputation.

GAA has successfully master planned and designed thousands of acres and millions of square feet of corporate office and industrial campuses for such recognizable clients as Extron Electronics, Paramount Studios, TAWA (99 Ranch Supermarkets), FedEx Ground, UPS, Grainger, Tireco and others.  GAA also maintains long-term professional relationships with such prominent developers as Panattoni Development Company, Oakmont Industrial Group, The Muller Company, CT Realty, Shaw Properties, Boatman Development Company, Chase Partners, The Koll Company, Armstrong Butcher Properties, and others.

GAA’s Principals Roger Deitos and Craig Williamson were employed by the firm when the founder Gilbert Aja suddenly passed away in 2004 and subsequently purchased the firm’s assets in 2005 from his estate.  Since that time the principals have been intimately involved in the design and management of all of the firm’s projects.

In 2009 GAA Architects and GR Parking Consultants formed Parking Design Solutions (PDS), a joint venture housed under one roof, to focus on the structured parking market.  Since that time PDS has successfully completed numerous projects consisting of millions of square feet and thousands of cars parked.  Gilbert Ruvalcaba is the Managing Principal for all projects and GAA Architect’s principals provide design and technical support and act as the Architect of Record for all PDS projects.

Both firms are now known as trusted advisors to our many repeat clients due to the direct principal involvement, extensive experience, and leadership the three principals bring to each and every project.
