DESCRIPTION:
Located along Lankershim Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley, the three-level, 315,000 SF parking structure provides 834 stalls as part of Sunrise Ford’s comprehensive dealership redevelopment, supporting showroom, service, and inventory operations within a highly visible commercial corridor.

Completed in just eight months, the structure centralizes vehicle storage previously distributed across multiple sites, while offering a shaded, secure environment for inventory. Designed with wider bays and a 16-foot-high ground level to accommodate service functions, the garage also features an exterior speed ramp for direct access to upper levels and open façades without spandrels to maximize visibility of vehicles from the street.

DESCRIPTION:
Located adjacent to the Expo/Sepulveda Metro Station in Los Angeles, the 116,450 SF multi-level parking structure provides 475 stalls shared between Metro and the Department of Transportation, serving daily transit riders along the Metro E Line corridor with direct pedestrian access to the station platform.

Developed as part of the Expo Line extension to Santa Monica, the structure is designed to support park-and-ride use, prioritizing efficient vehicle circulation and convenient connectivity to transit. A series of vertical metal fins along the façade provide screening, natural ventilation, and a cohesive architectural rhythm, complementing the exposed concrete stair tower and open-air configuration while reinforcing a clean, transit-oriented identity. Located in the City of Los Angeles, this industrial project consists of two concrete tilt-up warehouses on a ±28-acre site, totaling ±612,000 SF.

Structurally designed for high-seismicity, Building 1 includes ±22,700 SF of ground-floor office and mezzanine space with ±418,300 SF of warehouse, totaling ±441,000 SF. Building 2 includes ±10,000 SF of ground-floor office and mezzanine space with ±161,000 SF of warehouse, totaling ±171,000 SF.

This ±34-acre site includes two industrial buildings totaling approximately 732,500 SF.

Building 1 is a ±396,000 SF cross-dock facility featuring four ground-floor and mezzanine office suites totaling ±40,000 SF, with the remaining ±356,000 SF dedicated to warehouse use. It includes 73 dock-high doors, 4 grade-level doors, and 95 trailer storage stalls within a secured yard.

Building 2 totals ±336,500 SF, comprising two ground-floor and mezzanine office spaces totaling ±20,000 SF, and ±316,500 SF of warehouse space. It provides 42 dock-high doors, 2 grade-level doors, and 60 trailer storage spaces within a secured yard.

DESCRIPTION:
A master planned 750,000 square foot R&D/industrial park on 50 acres is conveniently located near the entertainment industry hubs of Burbank and Glendale. The complex is comprised of 21 tilt-up concrete Flex-Tech structures ranging in size from 33,000 to 84,000 square feet. Phase I consists of seven R&D buildings totaling 397,000 square feet (15% mezzanines). Phase II consists of thirteen industrial buildings totaling 354,000 square feet.

This three-tier, 1,070-car parking structure serves as the backbone and podium for a new retail center on an urban infill site. Defined by metal cladding, large canopies, bold signage, and a glass corner element, the design enhances street presence and transparency while anchoring the complex with a modern, functional identity.

DESCRIPTION:
A remodel of a former Sears retail building into a warm core and shell space that is intended for office on the two upper levels and retail at ground level; basement space is provided for possible use of self storage, all at a total of approximately 114,000 SF. A two-story retail space is proposed at the corner of Wilton Place & Santa Monica Boulevard with below grade parking totaling approximately 52,500 SF. Also included in the design is a multi-tier post-tensioned above and below grade parking structure as support, at about 26,000 SF.
