DESCRIPTION:
This three-story 79,000 square feet office building is similar to the client's adjacent building designed by GAA over 10 years earlier. The new building features elevator access to the roof-top helipad, executive offices, board room, and administrative offices.
The tilt-up concrete ductile frame design reduced foundation and detailing costs while enabling additional glass area.

Two speculative industrial buildings built on a 21.24 acre site. Building 1 has an approximate parcel area of 693,079 SF. The total ground floor building area splits at approximately 2,300 SF office and 178,000 SF warehouse, while the total gross floor area for mezzanine measures at about 2,500 SF.

Care was taken in accommodating the residential truck district to the south, as well as providing an efficient building layout with a unique design frontage on the Santa Ana & Poplar Avenue intersection.
This site houses 39 dock doors and 62 trailer storage stalls.

Located within the Renaissance Specific Plan, this 21-dock facility has nearly 175,000 sf of building area on 8.4 acres. GAA worked closely with the City to accommodate several design incentives, allowing an increase in building area.
The building architecture features a unique, modern office entry with a beveled concrete accent corner.

Located in Rancho Cucamonga, this project consisted of four industrial buildings on an approximate 12.8 acre site. Building 1 measured at approximately 17,000 SF, building 2 at 24,000 SF, building 3 at 75,000 SF, and building 4 at 124,000 SF.
