DESCRIPTION:
This speculative retail building is the latest addition to The Colonies Marketplace, a neighborhood retail center designed by GAA Architects. The award-winning center, anchored by Walgreens and Fresh & Easy, totals 36,300 square feet on a 4.1-acre site.
Originally planned as a future pad, GAA was later commissioned to design Building “C,” which includes seven tenant spaces, one accommodating restaurant use, and an integrated courtyard that serves as a shared outdoor amenity.
