Located within the Renaissance Specific Plan, this 21-dock facility has nearly 175,000 sf of building area on 8.4 acres. GAA worked closely with the City to accommodate several design incentives, allowing an increase in building area.
The building architecture features a unique, modern office entry with a beveled concrete accent corner.
