DESCRIPTION:
This two-building project on a 16.54 acre site consists of TAWA's corporate headquarters, a central kitchen, cold storage, and distribution center. Each building features 32' clear height. Building 1 totals approximately 179,000 square feet, including a dry good grocery warehouse with 9,000 square feet office/training tenant improvements.
Building 2 total approximately 194,000 square feet, including nearly 50,000 square feet of office on two levels, 30,000 square feet of freezer and cold storage for perishable products, and a central kitchen.

The USDA certified central kitchen will prepare pre-packaged and ready-to-eat products for Southern California stores.

DESCRIPTION:
This six-level, 1,710-stall parking structure serves, The Source, a 500,000 SF mixed-use retail, office, and hotel complex in Buena Park, CA. Featuring bold contemporary design and state-of the art electronic imagery, the structure was built using the Geopier system to stabilize soft soils and includes double-sided door elevators with varied parking levels to align with adjacent retail floors.

Completed by Parking Design Solutions, a GAA joint venture.

DESCRIPTION:
This six-story, 200,000 SF high-rise serves as a corporate headquarters featuring a diverse mix of program elements.

The ground level includes a 20,000 SF restaurant and live entertainment venue, while the sixth floor offers a 30,000 SF banquet facility for corporate and special events. Office tenant improvements include training rooms, a data center, laboratories, product demonstration rooms, video and photo studios, and video conference rooms.

A rooftop thermal energy system with air-cooled chillers produces 2,200 kWh of stored ice, enabling efficient cooling during daytime peak utility rates.

A facade remodel for the Newport Beach Baja Sharkeez which updated the image of the restaurant and added much-needed structural support. The operable glazed wall systems open fully to connect the dining area to Newport Beach's historic pier district.

Complete transformation of an existing open-air seating area into a state-of-the-art performance venue. A three-story stagehouse includes workout, dressing and staging rooms as well as audio and lighting equipment and controls. The fabric roof structure includes catwalks, stage lighting and sound systems.

DESCRIPTION:
This 19,000 SF ground-fl oor restaurant and live entertainment venue within the six-story 200,000 SF Extron Electronics Corporate Headquarters is the result of a carefully orchestrated blend of architectural, acoustical, and engineering design services.

The project includes two distinct yet integrated components:

The Ranch Restaurant (10,000 SF) evokes the rustic charm of California wine country, with seating for 263 guests indoors and an additional 100 on the covered porch and trellised patio. Features include a private dining room, three full bars, exposed wine storage, and an intimate yet upscale dining atmosphere.

The Ranch Saloon (9,000 SF) is a premier Country Western live music and dance venue accommodating up to 400 guests. It features a professional performance stage, a 1,400 SF maple dance fl oor recessed for unobstructed sightlines, two bars, VIP booth seating, and a state-of-the-art acoustical system. The Saloon is acoustically isolated from the adjacent restaurant, allowing for quiet dining even during live performances.
