Buildings were built directly over abandoned wells and with methane gas mitigation systems. Built-to-Suits include Z. Cavarrici, CF Kent Hospitality, Uninex International, Metal Mart, California Overnite, Woodworkers Hardware, Boreem, and Cal-Royal Products, Inc.

DESCRIPTION:
A two-building master plan totaling over 500,000 square feet, including a 200,000 square feet, 32’ clear height speculative shell building and a 36’ and 55’ clear height 300,000 square feet plastic bottle recycling and manufacturing plant build-to-suit for rPlanet Earth.

Manufacturing plant features 40,000 amps of power, 10 air changes per hour, H3 storage, two bridge cranes, equipment and silo foundations, and a three-level office.

DESCRIPTION:
A complete remodel of a dated restaurant space. The entire exterior of the existing multi-tenant building was refinished and renovated, creating a fresh, beach resort-like atmosphere. The interior was completely redone, including the addition of a two-story ADA lift.

DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of a 143,600 square feet building that includes a 9,300 square feet office/ship center tenant improvement, 2,700 square feet vehicle maintenance, and a 131,600 square feet sort/freight area serving 108 drive-in van positions.  The building also features a 32' clear height and a 400k/500kVA generator.

Building girders and dock panels designed to allow conversion to a typical distribution use in the future.

DESCRIPTION:
Located in City of Industry, two industrial buildings totaling well over than 200,000 SF are built on an 11.49 acre site. Building 1 has a gross floor area of about 64,000 SF with approximately 10,000 SF dedicated to an office with a mezzanine. Building 2, more than twice the size of building 1, has a gross floor area of nearly 170,000 SF with an associated office tenant improvement including a mezzanine, of about 17,000 SF.
