DESCRIPTION:
A 10,000 square feet multi-purpose public facility located in the 35-acre Oso Viejo Park. The facility created three separate functions: a community wing with administration, meeting rooms, central lounge senior wing, and an auditorium with complete kitchen facilities.

DESCRIPTION:
United Parcel Service mail and sorting facility and aircraft ramp on the southeast side of Long Beach Airport. The project site is 8.2 acres with a 6,000 square foot sort recovery building, 5,200 square foot administrative building and aircraft ramp for three B737-400 aircraft.

Renovation of an existing 250,000 square feet maintenance hangar with offices and shop facilities for use in making modifications to B-2 Bombers.

DESCRIPTION:
Design of FBO facility, hangars (4 Gulfstream V Aircraft), terminal, retail and office use totaling 108,000 square feet on 6.4 acres.
Anaheim, California

McPeek's Dodge
DESCRIPTION:
McPeek's Dodge needed expanded offices, and an enlarged showroom for their existing facility, with the new building needing to conform to Chrysler's design standards. GAA created a design that fulfilled all the client's needs, and satisfied Chrysler's standards. The resulting site included the 10,500 square feet office/parts/showroom, a lot displaying nearly 200 vehicles, and two service buildings with 55 bays.
Portions of the existing showroom and service area were preserved and incorporated for value. Completed by Parking Design Solutions, a GAA joint venture.

DESCRIPTION:
A 23 acre organic ranch adjacent to Aliso Canyon Woods Regional Park. Project will include a 20,000 square feet two-story health education building, amphitheater, organic farm, community garden, photovoltaic/windmill array, organic orchard, and preserved nature space.
