DESCRIPTION:
This 190,000 SF, nine-level multi-tenant parking structure was constructed concurrently with the adjacent medical office building and connects directly at one level. The structure provides 457 parking stalls to serve staff, patients, and visitors, and features two open stairwells, two elevators, and a semi-oval speed ramp designed for efficient vertical circulation across all levels.
