At approximately 40,000 SF, the recreational center includes two basketball courts with adjacent pullout bleachers, three boxing rings with adjacent pullout bleachers, and designated area for offices, a multi-purpose room, and restrooms. Alongside the recreational center area two existing parking lots.

Located in City of Industry, two industrial buildings totaling well over than 200,000 SF are built on an 11.49 acre site. Building 1 has a gross floor area of about 64,000 SF with approximately 10,000 SF dedicated to an office with a mezzanine. Building 2, more than twice the size of building 1, has a gross floor area of nearly 170,000 SF with an associated office tenant improvement including a mezzanine, of about 17,000 SF.
