GAA ARCHITECTS, INC.

Established in 1978, GAA Architects is an architecture and planning firm uniquely qualified to design and master plan corporate, medical office, industrial, retail, hospitality and hi-tech facilities.  For over thirty years GAA has become a recognized leader in architectural master planning and design, as evidenced by our exceptional list of clients, many of which have worked with GAA Architects repeatedly for many years.  Design quality combined with GAA's commitment to cost containment and value engineering has contributed to this firm's superb reputation.

GAA has successfully master planned and designed thousands of acres and millions of square feet of corporate office and industrial campuses for such recognizable clients as Extron Electronics, Paramount Studios, TAWA (99 Ranch Supermarkets), FedEx Ground, UPS, Grainger, Tireco and others.  GAA also maintains long-term professional relationships with such prominent developers as Panattoni Development Company, Oakmont Industrial Group, The Muller Company, CT Realty, Shaw Properties, Boatman Development Company, Chase Partners, The Koll Company, Armstrong Butcher Properties, and others.

GAA’s Principals Roger Deitos and Craig Williamson were employed by the firm when the founder Gilbert Aja suddenly passed away in 2004 and subsequently purchased the firm’s assets in 2005 from his estate.  Since that time the principals have been intimately involved in the design and management of all of the firm’s projects.
