The
Pacific Commerce Center, designed by GAA Architects of Irvine for the
Sares-Regis Group, is currently under construction on a 12 acre site
in the City of Industry. With an estimated value of $20 million and a scheduled
completion date later this year, the Pacific Commerce Center will consist of
two multi-tenant dock-high industrial buildings totaling 250,000 square feet.
As GAA's master plan calls for both of the structures to be divided
into 20,000 to 32,000 square foot units, each with typical office improvements
built out, the project will meet the current small industrial users' market
demand.
