City of La Mirada, CA: GAA Architects has been selected by Catellus Development to design the new corporate and distribution facility for Nationwide Papers in the City of La Mirada. The 240,000 square foot building will house the West Coast corporate headquarters for Chicago-based Champion Corporation's subsidiary. This facility will also be dedicated to the distribution of printing paper stock. The warehouse portion is designed with a 30 feet clear height E.S.F.R. wet sprinkler system and is mechanically vented
